Joining is free for everyone, Pioneers post free, and the commission comes out of a deal only when real money has been earned and released. If you never earn, we never take a penny. We think that’s the most honest way a platform can charge, our income depends entirely on making deals actually happen for you. So where does the commission go? It keeps your money safe. Every deal runs through Protected Payments, powered by Stripe, funded before work starts, held securely, released on approval, with a dispute process and real people behind it. Payment infrastructure, fraud prevention and security are the most expensive things we run, and the most important. It runs the machine. ZOMZEY is servers, storage, messaging, search, AI tools, validation systems and the small army of software that connects a Pioneer in one town to an Influencer in another. None of it is free to build and none of it is free to keep running, every hour of every day. It brings you the work. A platform is only worth joining if the other side shows up. A serious slice of what we earn goes straight back into marketing and outreach that brings Pioneers, Influencers, Hubs and Agencies through the door, which means more opportunities and more offers for everyone already here. It pays the people. Real developers, real support humans, real dispute handlers. When something breaks at 9pm or a deal goes sideways, somebody paid from that commission is the one who sorts it. A refund or return of held funds depends on the deal status and outcome. This can include a cancellation agreed before completion, a dispute resolved wholly or partly in the Pioneer’s favour, or another result allowed by the published payment and refund rules.
