Four simple stages keep both members safe, from the first message to the final payment.
Agree the deal.
Members agree the work, the price and the delivery date in the Prospect Centre.
Fund it securely.
The member paying funds the agreed amount through PayPal or Stripe. The money is held safely and is not released straight away.
Deliver the work.
The member being paid delivers the work, knowing the money is already secured.
Release the payment.
Once the work is approved, the payment is released to the member who did the work, less the ZOMZEY commission.
Protection on both sides of the deal.
Whether you are paying for work or being paid for it, the money is looked after the same way.
When you pay
- You only pay the agreed amount, with nothing added on top.
- Your money is held safely and is not released until you approve the work.
- If the work is not delivered, or a dispute is upheld, your money can be returned to you.

- The payment is secured before you start, so you never work wondering whether the money is there.

Either member can raise a dispute. While it is open, the money stays held safely and is not released to anyone until the matter is resolved.

Who pays for Protected Payments?
Nobody pays extra. Protection is part of every deal, and its cost sits inside the commission taken when the payment is released.
When is the money released?
When the member who paid approves the delivered work. If a dispute is open, the money stays held until it is resolved.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is available at checkout, alongside card payments processed by Stripe.
Does ZOMZEY store my card details?
No. Card and account details are handled by PayPal and Stripe and are never stored by ZOMZEY.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact the ZOMZEY Support Hub at any time, or raise a dispute from the deal. The money stays protected while it is sorted out.
