How Money Works on ZOMZEY
Clear, fair and protected. Here is exactly what happens to money on ZOMZEY, so both sides can deal with confidence.
ZOMZEY Protected Payments
Every deal on ZOMZEY is handled through ZOMZEY Protected Payments, powered by Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment providers, used by millions of businesses.
When a deal is agreed, the Pioneer’s payment is taken and held securely. The money is not released to the Influencer or Hub straight away. It is held safely until the work is delivered and approved. Only then are the funds released. This protects both sides: the Pioneer knows their money is safe until they are happy, and the Influencer or Hub knows the money is already secured before they begin.
For Pioneers: your money is protected
You only ever pay the agreed amount. There are no hidden charges added on top of the price you agree.
Your payment is held safely and is not released until you approve the work. If the work is not delivered, or a dispute is raised and upheld, your funds can be returned to you. Every payment is processed securely through Stripe, so your card details are never stored by ZOMZEY.
For Influencers and Hubs: you will get paid
The Pioneer’s payment is secured before you start work, so you never begin a job wondering whether the money is really there. Once you deliver and the Pioneer approves, your payment is released to you.
ZOMZEY takes a commission from your payment when it is released. You always see exactly what you will receive before you accept a deal, with no surprises.
Our fees, in plain English
ZOMZEY’s commission is taken from the Influencer or Hub’s payment when it is released. It is never added on top of what the Pioneer pays. The Pioneer funds only the agreed amount.
Free members pay 14.99% commission plus a £4.95 service fee per deal. Pro members pay 9.99% commission and no service fee.
That is the whole fee structure. No setup fees, no listing fees, no charges for signing up or posting. You only ever pay when a deal completes.
Keep more with Pro
Influencers and Hubs who deal regularly can keep more of what they earn with a Pro membership. Pro lowers your commission from 14.99% to 9.99% and removes the £4.95 service fee entirely.
Pro is £19.99 per month, or £199 per year with two months free. Pioneers always use ZOMZEY for free, with no membership and no commission.

If something goes wrong
If a deal does not go to plan, either side can raise a dispute. While a dispute is open, the money stays held safely, it is not released to anyone until the matter is resolved. Our goal is simple: nobody loses out unfairly, and the money is always protected while things are sorted out.
Why we do it this way
A marketplace only works when both sides trust it. By holding every payment safely until work is approved, taking our fee only from completed deals, and never adding hidden charges, we make sure ZOMZEY is a place where Pioneers, Influencers and Hubs can all deal with confidence.
