Agency deals run at 9.99% commission with no service fee, whatever the member's own tier. ZSplit pays your agreed commission to your payout account the moment the member is paid, with the split recorded on the deal. Every agency deal runs through the platform; that is the condition of the rate.
ZB Hunter and Social Boost for a member
Hunt outward for brands, shops, venues or communities on a member's behalf, from £15 for 10 contacts, and add a Social Boost posted by hand to Facebook groups. Replies come back as messages in your Prospect Centre.
Recruit from inside
Members who are open to representation show it on their profile. Browse them, introduce your agency with one card, and the member accepts on their own account. On Agency Max your own invite link signs talent straight onto your roster.
Post work and hire as well
Your agency can post opportunities free, read proposals and hire in the same Prospect Centre. Hiring a member for your own team carries the single £299 release fee that applies to any employer.

Agency memberships exist to bring opportunities and deal flow through the platform. The ZOMZEY agency platform: your questions
What does the agency platform cost?
Agency Pro is £699 a year for a roster of up to six represented members. Agency Max is £1,499 a year with an unlimited roster and your own invite link. A processing fee applies to the agency's share only, 5% on Agency Pro and 2.5% on Agency Max, with no service fee on agency deals. The members you represent still join free, and that is the whole cost.
How does ZOMZEY pay my agency?
When a represented member's deal is released, the agency's agreed share is paid automatically to the agency's own payout account through ZSplit, at the same moment the member is paid. No invoicing between you and your talent, and the split is recorded on the deal.
How do I add talent?
By consent. Scout members who are open to representation, introduce yourself, and the member accepts the representation on their own account. Agency Max adds an invite link for bringing in talent who are not yet members. Members keep their own accounts and can leave the roster the same way they joined.
Can an agency represent shops and venues as well as Influencers?
Yes. Shops, venues, libraries and communities with real audiences can join an agency roster, and almost none of them have representation anywhere. Pitching a complete campaign that combines an Influencer, a venue and a newsletter is the kind of offer a single voice cannot make.
How does pitching work?
You pitch funded opportunities for your roster through the Prospect Centre, naming who delivers what and at what price. The Member accepts, funds the Protected Payment, the represented member delivers and uploads evidence, and the release pays the member and your share together.
What are the rules for an agency?
Representation is by consent, deals stay on the platform, evidence is honest, and every paid post is labelled as an ad in line with the ASA and CMA Influencers' Guide. The community standards and the Acceptable Use Policy apply to the agency and to anyone acting for it, exactly as they apply to every other member. Off platform conduct has one consequence: an agency that uses ZOMZEY to find or recruit talent and then takes that talent's work off the platform to avoid the fees loses its membership immediately and permanently, with no refund, under clause 7.7 of the Terms.
Can an agency move me off ZOMZEY?
No. A represented member keeps their own account, profile, messages and deals, and every deal the agency arranges for them runs through ZOMZEY Protected Payments. You can leave a roster the same way you joined it, and an agency that tries to take your work off the platform loses its membership under the Terms.
Why choose ZOMZEY over spreadsheets and email?
Because the roster, the pitches, the agreements, the evidence and the payments live in one place, and every completed deal builds a verified track record for the agency and for each member.
Do represented members need their own accounts?
Yes. Each represented member has their own free account; the agency badge shows on their profile while they are on your roster, and their reviews and star tier stay with them if they leave.
Does ZOMZEY guarantee deals?
No. It brings funded opportunities to your roster and records every pitch, but Members choose the offers that fit their brief. A clear roster profile, validated figures and reviews from completed deals are what win pitches.
Do we need a paid plan to try the platform?
No. Joining is free, and the agency plans are optional until you want the roster, the badge and the agency rates.
Can a single Influencer or creator join without an agency?
Yes. Agencies are one way into ZOMZEY; anyone can join on their own and get a service or give a service.
Can I move from Agency Pro to Max?
Yes, at any time. The difference is settled at the checkout and your roster carries straight across.
