Work out what to charge or pay for a sponsored post. Choose Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or another supported platform, enter the audience size and content type, and add an engagement rate if you know it. The calculator gives an estimated range to help you start the conversation.
Estimate a fair rate for a sponsored post in seconds.
Estimates only. Real rates vary by niche, audience quality, usage rights and exclusivity.
The estimate starts with the selected platform and content type, then scales with followers or subscribers. If you enter a positive engagement rate, the influencer pricing calculator adjusts the price against its configured platform baseline, with the adjustment limited to 0.6 to 1.8 times the base estimate. Leaving engagement blank uses the unadjusted estimate.
The displayed range runs from 70% to 130% of the adjusted estimate, rounded to the nearest £5 in GBP mode. The USD display uses a fixed conversion factor of 1.27 and rounds to the nearest $5; it is not a live exchange rate. At one million followers or more, the tool asks you to agree a rate directly. Niche, production effort, audience quality, usage rights and exclusivity are not inputs, so discuss those separately before agreeing the final fee. Whatever fee you agree, a paid post must be labelled as an ad in the UK, and the ASA and CMA Influencers’ Guide explains which labels count.
The table below shows the influencer pricing calculator’s starting estimates for common audience sizes, using its default engagement settings. Real fees vary with niche, engagement, usage rights and exclusivity, so treat each range as the start of the conversation rather than a fixed price.
| Audience | Instagram feed post | Instagram Reel | TikTok video | YouTube integration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 followers | £5 to £10 | £10 to £15 | £10 to £15 | £20 to £40 |
| 5,000 followers | £30 to £60 | £45 to £85 | £40 to £80 | £105 to £195 |
| 10,000 followers | £65 to £115 | £90 to £170 | £85 to £155 | £210 to £390 |
| 50,000 followers | £315 to £585 | £455 to £845 | £420 to £780 | £1,050 to £1,950 |
| 100,000 followers | £630 to £1,170 | £910 to £1,690 | £840 to £1,560 | £2,100 to £3,900 |
| 500,000 followers | £3,150 to £5,850 | £4,550 to £8,450 | £4,200 to £7,800 | £10,500 to £19,500 |
Some people call this an influencer value calculator, because it estimates what a creator’s audience is worth for a single piece of sponsored content. For YouTube influencer pricing in particular, the integration column above shows how the estimate grows with subscribers, and a dedicated video is priced higher again.

Use the platform and format that match the work you are pricing. The differences below describe this influencer pricing calculator’s model; they are not universal market prices.
These examples use GBP and the current calculator logic. Enter the same inputs above to reproduce them.
Start with the format, follower count and engagement rate. In this influencer pricing calculator, an Instagram feed post for 10,000 followers at 1.5% engagement returns £65 to £115. The same audience can produce a different estimate for a Story, Reel or Carousel. Agree the final fee alongside the deliverables, usage rights and exclusivity.
For a TikTok video with 10,000 followers and 5% engagement, this calculator returns £85 to £155. This is the tool’s estimate, not a guaranteed market rate. A brand mention uses a different rate, and entering a different engagement percentage changes the result.
In this influencer pricing calculator, a YouTube channel with 10,000 subscribers at the 2% baseline engagement returns £525 to £975 for a dedicated video, £210 to £390 for an integration or mention, and £65 to £115 for a Short. These are the tool’s estimates, not guaranteed market rates. Agree the final fee alongside the deliverables, usage rights and exclusivity.
The influencer pricing calculator compares your engagement rate with its configured platform baseline: 1.5% for Instagram, 5% for TikTok and 2% for YouTube. The adjustment is limited to 0.6 to 1.8 times the base estimate. For an Instagram feed post with 10,000 followers, changing engagement from 1.5% to 3% changes the displayed range from £65 to £115 to £115 to £210. These baselines are model settings, not a claim about current market averages.
A per-post fee is one way to price a collaboration; a creator can also quote for a bundle or a longer agreement. This influencer pricing calculator estimates one selected content item. Specify the number of posts, revisions, production work, usage rights and any exclusivity before agreeing a price. Follower count alone does not determine the final fee.
Check your inputs with the engagement rate calculator, estimate your proceeds with the what you keep calculator, or sign up to ZOMZEY to discuss a collaboration.
The calculator is a starting point, not a quote and not a promise of income. Post or answer a brief on ZOMZEY, and the fee that counts is the one both sides accept. Creators, authors checking a budget, shops and agencies can all use it.
Does the calculator set the ZOMZEY fee?
No. The accepted offer sets the fee.
Are the figures a guarantee of earnings?
No. They are estimates to start a conversation.
Yes. The influencer pricing calculator is free, needs no account and keeps nothing you enter. Use it as often as you like while you compare formats, then bring the range into a rate card or a ZOMZEY offer. If you are a creator, the free influencer rate card template turns the estimate into a one-page price list that brands can book from. It works as an influencer cost calculator for brands deciding what to pay, and as an influencer rate calculator for Influencers and creators setting their prices, so both sides start from the same fair range.
Treat the range as the opening position, not the final fee. A Member can put the range into the budget field of an opportunity, and a creator can quote inside it when pitching, with usage rights, exclusivity and production listed separately. Once both sides agree, the deal is funded under Protected Payments and released when the work is approved, so the number the influencer pricing calculator gave you becomes a protected payment rather than an invoice to chase.
