1. The Programme. The Zomzey Affiliate Programme is operated by ITXL LTD, the company behind Zomzey (zomzey.io). It rewards approved affiliates for referring new users to Zomzey. By joining, you agree to these terms, our platform Terms, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Joining. Apply through the Become an Affiliate page. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. You must be 18 or over, provide accurate details, and keep your account information up to date. Members and non-members may both join.
3. How commission works. When someone signs up through your affiliate link and goes on to generate revenue for Zomzey, you earn a share of the Zomzey commission and fees actually received from that user. Commission is earned on direct referrals only. This is a single tier programme, nothing is earned for recruiting other affiliates or on their referrals.
4. Ranks. Four ranks, Orbit, Nova, Galaxy, and Founding. Your rank sets your commission rate based on the performance criteria in your affiliate dashboard, where current rates and thresholds are shown.
5. Tracking. Referrals are tracked with a cookie set when someone clicks your link, lasting 360 days. Sign-ups within that window are credited to you. Where more than one affiliate refers the same person, the most recent click before sign-up wins. Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively.
6. Payouts. Accrued commission is shown in your dashboard and paid per the schedule, threshold, and methods shown there. You are responsible for tax on your earnings. We may withhold or reverse commission on refunded, fraudulent, or cancelled transactions.
7. Promoting Zomzey. Promote on channels you legitimately own using your affiliate link and our brand assets. Disclose your affiliate relationship where law or advertising standards require it.
8. Prohibited conduct. The following leads to commission reversal and possible removal: self-referral or referring accounts you control, spam or unsolicited messaging, bidding on Zomzey brand terms in paid search, misleading or unauthorised claims, cookie stuffing or forced clicks, promotion on unlawful, hateful, or adult sites, or any breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Term and termination. Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach. On termination, validly earned commission above the payout threshold is paid in the next cycle, commission connected to a breach is forfeited.
10. Changes. We may update these terms, rates, ranks, or the Programme. Material changes are notified via the Platform or email and apply from the date stated. Continued participation is acceptance.
11. Liability. The Programme is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITXL LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. General. Governed by the laws of England and Wales, exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, or partner.
