The contributor entry point for people who want to help build the ZOMBEES Foundation.
Build. Contribute. Restore.
This portal is used to collect interest from early contributors, collaborators and supporters who want to take part in the ZOMBEES Foundation.
Applications are reviewed manually. Suitable contributors may be matched to areas such as content, design, outreach, education, technical support or environmental input.
The Foundation is being built across four practical areas.
Writing, storytelling, character ideas, design input and content creation.
Website support, systems, automation, testing and platform feedback.
Outreach, partnerships, social activity, volunteer coordination and engagement.
Education, research, bee awareness, conservation ideas and nature based projects.
We are looking for people with spare time, useful skills or genuine interest who would like to help shape the Foundation from the beginning.
This is an early stage contributor system, not a formal employment structure. We are looking for people who want to help build something meaningful.
Tell us who you are and how you may be able to help.
This temporary form opens the visitor's email app. A stored form system can be added later.
An early-stage project, started by the people behind ZOMZEY, to build something useful around bees, nature and creativity: education, bee awareness, conservation ideas and nature-based projects on one side, and storytelling, character ideas and content on the other. This portal is the entry point for the people who want to help build it.
No. This is an early-stage contributor system, not a formal employment structure. Applications are reviewed manually, and suitable contributors are matched to an area such as content, design, outreach, education, technical support or environmental input according to the time and skills they offer.
As much or as little as you say on the form: light involvement of one to two hours a week, part time at three to eight hours, a single project, or flexible help when you can. Tell us honestly, because the match is made on what you can actually give.
The form opens your email app with your answers, you send it, and a person reads it. If there is a fit, you will hear back with a suggested area and a first task; if the area you want is not ready yet, your details are kept for when it is. There is no automated reply and no obligation on either side.
The environment area is about awareness, research, ideas and nature-based projects, built with the people who join. Established organisations such as the Bumblebee Conservation Trust already do field conservation, and part of the work is pointing people towards the groups doing it well rather than duplicating them.
ZOMZEY is the marketplace where creators, shops, venues and communities are paid for the audiences they have; the Foundation is the part of the same family that gives something back. The about ZOMZEY page explains the marketplace, and the Foundation draws on the same community of creators and communities.
Yes. Choose the community or environment area on the form and say who you are. Groups that can host a bee-awareness activity, a planting project or a creative session are exactly the kind of partner the community area is for.
No. Spare time, useful skills or genuine interest is enough. Writers, designers, developers, organisers, teachers and people who simply care about bees all have a place, and the first tasks are sized to the time you offer.
No. Your application is read by the team and used only to match you with an area and to contact you about it, under the ZOMZEY privacy policy.
Build is the Foundation itself: the content, the tools, the website and the systems that make the rest possible. Contribute is the time, skills and ideas that people give to it. Restore is the point of the whole thing: more awareness of bees and nature, better ideas for conservation, and practical projects that leave a place a little better than it was found.
Small, defined tasks that fit the time you have offered: a piece of writing or a character sketch, a design for a page, a test of a form or a feature, a list of local groups worth talking to, an outline for a lesson or an activity, or a review of an idea for a nature-based project. Early work is deliberately modest, so that each task is finished and useful.
Yes. Choose the area you care about most on the form, or choose General Contributor if you would rather be placed where the need is, and mention the other things you can do in the message. The match can change as the Foundation grows and as you find out what you enjoy.
Because they are easy to care about and easy to help. A pollinator-friendly planter, a school talk, a local survey or a well told story each makes a measurable difference, and the people who notice bees tend to notice the rest of nature too. The ZOMBEES Foundation starts with bees because the first useful steps are small, visible and open to anyone, which is exactly how an early-stage project should begin.
In short, the ZOMBEES Foundation is being built from the beginning by its contributors. Tell us who you are, what you can offer and how much time you have, and help shape what it becomes.
