If something on ZOMZEY doesn’t look right, tell us. A profile that seems fake, a message that crossed a line, an opportunity that breaks the rules, someone trying to take a deal off the platform, or anything else that worries you.
What happens when you report: your report goes directly to our team as a support ticket, a real person reviews it, and we act under our Acceptable Use Policy. We don’t reveal to the person reported who raised the concern. Depending on what we find, action ranges from a warning to permanent removal from the platform, and where money is involved, funds stay protected while we look into it.
To report, open a ticket through the Support Hub and choose the report category, or email contact@zomzey.io with the word REPORT in the subject line. Include the link to the profile, opportunity or conversation concerned and a line or two on what happened.
A profile that seems fake, a message that crossed a line, an opportunity or offer that breaks the rules, an Agency introduction that feels wrong, someone trying to take a deal off the platform, impersonation, a scam, or anything else that worries you. If you are unsure whether it counts, report a concern anyway and let a person decide.
Open a ticket through the Support Hub and choose the report category, or email contact@zomzey.io with the word REPORT in the subject line. Include the link to the profile, opportunity or conversation concerned, the date, a line or two on what happened and any screenshots. In messages you can also report the exact message or block the sender from the message menu.
The ZOMZEY team, as a support ticket, and a real person reviews it. The person reported is not told who raised the concern. Reports are handled under the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy, and the details are used only to look into what happened.
Threats and serious safety matters are prioritised over routine nuisance reports. Depending on what is found, action ranges from a warning or guidance, through contact restrictions and suspension, to permanent removal from the platform. Where money is involved, the funds stay protected while the matter is looked into, and the Trust and Safety overview explains the protections around every deal.
Both can apply. A dispute is about a deal that has not gone to plan: late work, work that does not match the brief, or an approval that is being withheld. A report is about conduct: dishonesty, pressure, harassment or a breach of the rules. If a deal has gone wrong because of someone’s conduct, raise the dispute on the deal page and report the conduct as well, with the same evidence.
The original messages, kept as they were sent, with their dates; the link to the profile, opportunity or conversation; the deal page and anything uploaded to it; and screenshots of anything that might be edited or deleted. Do not reply in kind, do not threaten, and do not publish another member’s details, because that weakens your own report.
No. ZOMZEY is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first, then report a concern to ZOMZEY as soon as it is safe to do so. If money has been lost to a scam, report it to Action Fraud, the UK’s national fraud and cyber crime reporting centre, as well as to ZOMZEY.
Yes, if it involves a ZOMZEY member or a deal arranged here, for example a request to pay outside Protected Payments or contact that continued elsewhere after a block. Include whatever record you have; the rule against taking deals off the platform exists precisely so that this kind of concern is rare.
You will be told that the report has been received and, where it is appropriate, that action has been taken. The detail of any action against another member stays confidential, in the same way that your identity stays confidential to them.
As soon as you can, and before you reply or react. Early reports are easier to act on because the messages are intact, the profile has not changed and the deal is still at the stage where the money can be held. If you are in the middle of a funded deal, preserve the deal evidence first, then report a concern, and do not release a payment under pressure while the matter is open.
Yes, about conduct that affects the agency or its roster, with the same evidence. A concern about a member’s own account, messages or deal is best reported from that member’s account, because the references and the evidence belong there and the review works from the record on the account concerned.
You will be contacted if action is proposed, and you can reply through the same ticket with your side and your evidence. Reviews are made against the written record, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Community Standards, and a report that is not supported by the evidence does not lead to action. Reporting in bad faith is itself a breach.
In short, if something does not look right, report a concern with the link and a short description, keep the evidence, and let a person review it. You will not be identified to the member reported, and the money in any affected deal stays protected while it is looked into.
