In my professional life, I’m an international public speaker, consultant, and campaigner—driving legislative change like the UK Domestic Abuse Act 2021 and delivering lived-experience training to tens of thousands of professionals. But my off-duty passions are just as strong: I am deeply immersed in the rock and alternative metal music scene, and I love styling country tweed apparel with a bold, streetwear edge. I have three children, 4 horses, 7 cats, two dogs and an axolotl named Keith.
