These terms set out how employers and other hiring parties use ZOMZEY to post vacancies and hire. They sit alongside the ZOMZEY Terms of Service, which apply to every member, and where the two overlap the Terms prevail. In these terms “employer” means any member who posts a job, vacancy or role on Jobadillo or hires a Member introduced through the Platform, whether on the free account or on the Employer plan, and “Member” means any ZOMZEY member.
Version 1, 27 October 2026
Any member can post a job, vacancy, project or paid opportunity on Jobadillo free of charge. A post must describe real work that you intend to fill, state honestly what it involves, where it is and what it pays or what the budget is, and must not discriminate unlawfully, mislead applicants, ask for payment from applicants, or be used to collect contact details for anything other than that role. We may edit, hide or remove a post that breaks these rules or the Terms, and repeated breaches may end your account.
The Employer plan is £49 a month or £490 a year. While it is active you get unlimited vacancies with Premier placement at the top of Jobadillo and in job alert emails, the Release Fee reduced to £149 for every hire made while subscribed, one free 20 contact ZB Hunter search each month, and priority support. The plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it from your account, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. We may change the price for future periods on notice.
Members respond to your post with a proposal, which arrives with their ZOMZEY profile. You decide who to talk to, interview and hire, and you deal with them directly through the Platform. Every Member who answers your post, or whom you find through Discover, ZB Hunter or any other Platform tool, counts as introduced to you through the Platform.
Posting is free because the Platform earns its fee only when a hire is made. When you employ, engage or contract a Member introduced through the Platform, whether as an employee, a worker, a contractor or a freelancer, a one off Release Fee is payable as set out in the Terms: £299 for each hire, or £149 for each hire made while your Employer plan is active. The fee is payable once per Member hired and covers that Member for as long as you keep them. It is not payable where you can show a relationship with that Member that existed before the introduction on the Platform.
Where the work is a project, campaign or deal rather than a job, it runs through ZOMZEY Protected Payments: you fund the deal once an offer is accepted, the money is held safely, and it is released to the Member when you approve the work. Taking a Member or a deal found on the Platform off the Platform to avoid the Release Fee or the Platform Fee is a breach of clause 7.9 of the Terms, and we may suspend or end the account involved and recover the fee that would have been payable.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of every role you post and every hire you make, including right to work checks, employment status, pay, tax, working conditions and the terms of any contract between you and the Member. You must keep applicants’ details confidential and use them only for the role applied for. Where a Member creates advertising or promotional content for you, you are responsible for the claims made and for any labelling the advertising rules require.
ZOMZEY is a platform that introduces employers to Members and keeps the record of what was posted, proposed and agreed. We do not vet or guarantee any Member, and we are not a party to the contract between you and a Member. We provide the tools, the Protected Payments service where a deal runs through it, and support through the ZOMZEY Support Hub.
You may close your account or cancel the Employer plan at any time from your account. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires, and a Release Fee that has become payable remains payable after your account closes. We may change these terms by publishing an updated version on this page; material changes are notified by email or in your account, and continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
Questions about these terms go to the ZOMZEY Support Hub.
