This agreement sets out how agencies work on ZOMZEY. It sits alongside the ZOMZEY Terms of Service, which apply to every member, and where the two overlap the Terms prevail. In this agreement “agency” means a member on an Agency Pro or Agency Max plan, “represented Member” means a member who has accepted representation by that agency on ZOMZEY, and “Member” on its own means any ZOMZEY member, including one who posts a brief.
Version 1, 26 October 2026
Agency Pro is £699 a year and covers a roster of up to six represented Members. Agency Max is £1,499 a year, covers an unlimited roster, and adds CSV invitations, a standing invite link, team seats for your colleagues and ZReport. Both plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in your account and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current year. Plan fees are not refundable except where the law or the Refund Policy requires it. ZOMZEY gives at least 30 days notice of any change to plan prices or features, and changes apply from your next renewal.
A Member is represented by your agency only when they have agreed to it on their own ZOMZEY account, either by accepting your invitation or by asking you to represent them and you accepting. A represented Member keeps their own account, profile, messages, reviews and deals. While the representation lasts your agency badge is shown on their profile, and you may make offers on their behalf, which ZOMZEY marks as submitted by the agency. A represented Member may end the representation at any time through ZOMZEY, and you may end it by removing them from your roster. Ending a representation does not affect a campaign or deal that is already under way.
Your roster is built by invitation. ZOMZEY never creates an account for anyone on your say so: every person you invite receives an email in ZOMZEY’s name that tells them which agency is inviting them and gives them one link to accept, and if they are new to ZOMZEY that link also creates their own account, pre filled with any details you supplied, which they then control. You may only invite people you have a genuine working relationship with or who have asked to be represented by you; invitations are not a marketing tool, and bulk invitations to people who have no connection to your agency may lead to the invitation tools being withdrawn. CSV invitations and the invite link on Agency Max are the same consent based route, simply for more people at once.
You may answer a brief posted by a Member on behalf of one or more represented Members by making an offer With Talent. A campaign only goes to quote once the represented Members involved have accepted it from their own accounts. The quote you send states the total the Member will pay and, within it, your agency fee. By sending a quote you confirm that your represented Members will deliver what the brief and the quote describe, and you are responsible for keeping them informed and for arranging a replacement if someone drops out before the work is done.
Every deal your agency arranges on ZOMZEY runs through ZOMZEY Protected Payments, powered by PayPal and Stripe. The Member funds the agreed total before the work begins. When the represented Member has delivered and uploaded evidence, and the Member releases the payment, the money is paid out in one go: the represented Member receives their share and ZSplit pays your agreed share to your agency’s own payout account at the same moment, with the split recorded on the deal.
The ZOMZEY platform commission on an agency deal is 9.99% with no service fee, whatever the represented Member’s own tier. A processing fee applies to the agency’s share only: 5% on Agency Pro and 2.5% on Agency Max. The percentage of each deal that goes to your agency is agreed between you and each represented Member, is set on the deal before it is funded, and is what ZSplit pays. No part of a deal arranged through ZOMZEY may be paid outside ZOMZEY.
Agency plans exist to bring work and deal flow through ZOMZEY. Where your agency has used ZOMZEY to find, contact or recruit talent, you must not then arrange, solicit or place that talent’s work off the platform to avoid platform fees, and the twelve month non circumvention duty in the Terms applies to you and to your represented Members. If you hire a represented Member or any other member to work for your own agency, rather than on a client deal, the single release fee in the Terms applies (£299, or £149 while you hold an Employer plan). A breach of this section may lead to suspension of your agency account and the fees set out in the Terms.
You will keep your agency profile accurate and current, you will only represent people whose consent you hold, and you will treat your represented Members fairly, including paying any amounts you handle for them promptly. You will respond to campaigns, quotes and Member messages within a reasonable time. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to your work, including advertising and disclosure rules for influencer content and data protection law for the personal details of the people on your roster.
ZOMZEY provides the platform, the tools in your agency workspace and Protected Payments. ZOMZEY is not a party to the arrangement between your agency and the Members you represent, or between your agency and a Member who has posted a brief, beyond holding and releasing the deal funds as the Terms describe. If a deal is disputed, the dispute process attached to that deal in the Terms applies.
You may end your agency plan at any time, and ZOMZEY may end it for a breach of this agreement or the Terms. When a plan ends, your representations end with it and your badge is removed from your represented Members’ profiles, although any deal already funded completes on its existing terms and ZSplit pays your share as agreed.
ZOMZEY may update this agreement with at least 30 days notice; continuing to use an agency plan after that date means you accept the updated version. Questions about this agreement go to the ZOMZEY Support Hub.
