The Influencer or Hub is responsible for delivering what was agreed, and the Pioneer is responsible for giving a clear brief and reviewing the delivery fairly. ZOMZEY provides the workflow and resolution route but does not pre-approve every creative decision or guarantee a commercial result.

What you need to know

• Compare the delivery with the written scope, deliverables, deadline, quality criteria and evidence requirements.
• Request specific revisions where the agreement allows them.
• A difference in personal taste is not always the same as failure to deliver the agreed work.
• Claims about reach, placement or completion should be supported by appropriate evidence.
• Use the dispute process when the parties cannot agree whether the contractual requirements were met.
