What you need to know

• For new signup guidance, ZChat should explain promotion, earning and Agencies, followed by Your Sector/Genre on the ordinary signup paths.
• ZChat should use the selected member description where known, without guessing it from a username. A profession mentioned in a username does not establish the selected profile identity.
• ZChat remains separate from member-to-member messages, ZAi drafting assistance and ZBeacon discovery/outreach.
• ZChat should not reveal private account data, decide a dispute, change an identity, process a payment or invent a fee, policy or result.
• For account-specific, payment, safety, dispute or technical investigation, open a Fluent Support ticket. ZChat is hidden on selected surfaces where it would interfere with another workspace.
