What you need to know

• The Billing Owner or Administrator is responsible for the Agency subscription and the account-level commercial identity.
• Managers or other authorised team members can handle operational Agency work only to the extent shown by the live plan and permission controls.
• Do not give roster talent the Agency owner’s login simply because the Agency represents them.
• Payment identity, subscription cancellation and ownership-transfer controls should remain with the authorised Agency owner/admin.
• Exact team-seat and permission availability follows the current Agency Pro/Max interface and plan.
