What ZOMZEY fee applies to the Agency share in ZSplit?

Under the current Agency rules, ZOMZEY’s processing fee is charged from the Agency share only: 5% of the Agency cut for Agency Pro and 2.5% for Agency Max.

What you need to know

• The fee is calculated on the Agency commission, not on the Pioneer’s payment or the talent’s normal amount.
• The agreed Agency commission percentage belongs to the Agency-talent relationship.
• Always check the live deal/payout breakdown before relying on a worked example.

How the ZSplit processing fee works

ZSplit is optional. When an Agency enables it, the Agency takes its agreed share automatically when a deal is released, and ITXL LTD deducts a processing fee from the Agency commission share only.

• Agency Pro: 5% of the Agency share. Agency Pro costs £699.00 a year for a roster of up to six represented members.
• Agency Max: 2.5% of the Agency share. Agency Max costs £1,499.00 a year with an unlimited roster and your own invite link.
• Talent and Pioneer unaffected: the talent payout and the Pioneer payment are not changed by ZSplit.
• Represented talent rate: orders for an Influencer or Hub represented by an Agency are charged at 9.99% with no service fee, whatever that member’s own plan.

Seeing the figures before you commit

The platform fee that applies is displayed before an offer is accepted, so every party knows the rate in advance. Where a rate other than the default has been individually agreed, it is shown on the order. See the Agencies page for plan details.
