Your Agency roster is the list of talent you represent. This guide explains how to build your Agency roster.
Use the Agency talent-discovery and invitation tools to find suitable people, discuss representation and complete the consent process before they appear as represented roster talent.
Agency roster: what you need to know
- Agency Pro can hold up to six represented members; Max has no roster cap.
- A CSV or invitation can support outreach but must not silently create representation.
- Roster data comes from the Agency relationship system rather than a manually typed public list.
- Represented talent keeps its original Influencer, Hub, Band, Musician or Singer identity.
Recruiting from inside ZOMZEY
Influencers and Hubs can flag themselves as open to representation, and Agencies can browse that pool and introduce themselves with their agency card. Talent joins an agency only by its own choice and can leave the same way, so the roster you build is made of members who chose you. Shops, venues, libraries and communities are an untouched client group: most have real audiences and no representation anywhere, and ZOMZEY actively encourages agencies to sign Hubs alongside creators.
Bringing your existing talent on
Members you already represent join ZOMZEY free and link to your agency. On Agency Max you also get your own invite link, so new talent signs up straight onto your roster. Agency Pro supports a roster of up to six represented members; Agency Max is unlimited.
Keeping the roster working
Your roster is public on your agency profile and your pitches are marked as agency pitches, which is the trust signal Pioneers learn to look for. Use the roster view in your agency dashboard to see who is active, and on Agency Max use roster analytics and ZReport to track performance. The Agencies page explains the recruitment pipeline in more detail.
Common questions about building an Agency roster
How large can an Agency roster be?
Up to six represented members on Agency Pro and unlimited on Agency Max. A roster above six on Pro means moving to Max or resolving the surplus positions, so plan the plan around the size you expect to reach.
Does joining an Agency roster cost the talent anything?
No. Members join ZOMZEY free and link to your agency by their own choice. Your commercial terms with them are your own business, and ZSplit can apply your agreed percentage automatically when they are paid.
Can a member leave my Agency roster?
Yes, through the consent and unlink process, just as they joined. Open representation is the model: talent chooses the agency and can leave it, which is why a roster of members who chose you is worth more than a locked one.
Can shops and venues be on an Agency roster?
Yes, and they are an untouched client group. Most Hubs have real audiences and no representation anywhere, so an agency that signs bookshops, cafés, venues and communities alongside creators can pitch complete local campaigns.
How do Pioneers see my Agency roster?
The roster is public on your agency profile, and your pitches are marked as agency pitches. On Agency Max, the roster analytics and ZReport help you show a Pioneer what your roster has delivered.
Review the roster regularly: remove members who have become inactive, so that the public roster reflects who will actually deliver when you pitch.
In short, an Agency roster is built from talent and Hubs that choose you, costs them nothing to join, is capped at six on Pro and unlimited on Max, and is shown publicly so that Pioneers can trust what you pitch.
