The public label now uses your selected description while retaining the existing profile and account workflow.

What you need to know

• An Author who wants promotion uses the existing promotion-side tools. An earning-side Author uses the applicable earning-person tools. The same public description does not imply the same permissions.
• Your username remains your account name. Your heading, account badge and relevant profile wording can use the saved description instead.
• This change does not recreate your photos, map, star, deals, profile history or saved data. Existing unclassified members may still display their older role label.
• If the saved description is shown incorrectly, send Fluent Support the chosen option/description and URL. Do not delete the account, change unrelated settings or sign up again to fix display wording.
