First check that your account belongs in the supplier results, then confirm a saved valid Main picture and Country. A promotion-side profile is not made supplier-eligible by its chosen description.

What you need to know

• Promotion-side Author and other accounts using promotion-buyer tools are not expected in the main supplier Discover results. Earning-side profiles must pass the existing public-readiness rules.
• Save a Main picture or logo and Country; add town or region for better location detail. Confirm the profile has saved before searching again.
• Use the relevant filters and a supported identity or alias. A username alone is not a reliable indication of the account's selected identity or supplier eligibility.
• If the expected profile is still missing after the normal refresh, contact Fluent Support with the URL, username, chosen signup option/description and a screenshot. ZChat cannot inspect or change private eligibility state.
