The Prospect Centre is where you manage opportunities and offers. This guide explains what the Prospect Centre does.
The Prospect Centre is ZOMZEY’s shared messaging and deal workspace. It keeps conversations and the commercial journey together rather than creating separate chat systems for each role.
Prospect Centre: what you need to know
- Use it to continue conversations around offers and live deals.
- The right-hand deal/checkout area shows the relevant commercial state and actions.
- Music and Agency accounts use the shared Prospect Centre; they do not get a separate private deal room.
- ZChat is intentionally hidden inside the inbox frame so it does not obstruct member-to-member messaging.
Common questions about the Prospect Centre
Is it different from Messages?
Messages are the conversations; the deal workspace is where those conversations sit next to the opportunities, offers, live deals and delivery evidence they belong to. Opening a deal shows its messages, its agreement and its controls together, so you rarely need to go anywhere else.
Where do my opportunities appear?
A Pioneer sees the opportunities it posted with the offers received against each; a creator or Hub sees the opportunities it has applied to and the offers it has sent. Status labels show what is waiting for whom.
What should I check every day?
New offers, questions in conversations, and any deal waiting for your action: funding if you are the Pioneer, delivery if you are the creator or Hub, approval once work is delivered. Time limits such as the review window run from these events.
Can an Agency see its roster’s deals there?
An Agency sees the deals it pitched for its roster from the agency dashboard, with the roster view showing who is active. A represented member still sees their own deals in their own account.
Why can I not find a deal I was told about?
Check that you are signed in to the right account and look under the status filter that matches the deal’s stage. If an offer was sent to a different profile of yours, it will be in that profile’s workspace.
What does each status label mean?
Open means an opportunity is accepting offers; Offered means an offer is waiting for a decision; Accepted means the Pioneer needs to fund; Funded means the creator or Hub should deliver; Delivered means the Pioneer should approve or request revisions; Released, Refunded and Disputed describe how the money ended. The deal page shows the current label and the date it changed.
In short, the Prospect Centre is the one place where opportunities, offers, deals and their conversations live, and a daily check of what is waiting for your action keeps every deal moving.
