Agency Star recognises active Agencies on ZOMZEY. This article explains what Agency Star is.
Agency Star is the Agency reputation layer. It is separate from the Agency Pro or Agency Max membership badge.
Agency Star: what you need to know
- Pro/Max identifies the paid membership level.
- Agency Star reflects earned reputation/status under the ZOMZEY star system.
- A paid membership should never be presented as a verification or earned-reputation badge.
How it differs from membership
Agency Pro and Agency Max are paid annual plans; they describe what an agency has bought, such as roster capacity, team seats and tools, and the plan badge shows which level the agency is on. Agency Star is earned rather than bought. It reflects activity and delivered results under the ZOMZEY star system, in the same way that an individual member’s star tier is built from completed deals rather than written into a bio.
Why the distinction matters
Pioneers deciding whether to accept an agency pitch want to know whether the agency actually gets work delivered, not only whether it has paid for a plan. Agency Star answers the first question; the plan badge answers the second. Presenting a paid membership as a verification mark or an earned reputation badge is misleading and breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, so keep the two signals separate in your own profile and pitches.
Building it
Pitch funded opportunities your roster can deliver, keep every roster deal on the platform so it counts towards the record, and make sure delivery evidence is clear so Pioneers approve and release Protected Payments promptly. The Agencies page and the pricing page explain the paid plans; the star system is explained in the help articles on star tiers.
Common questions about Agency Star
Can it be bought with a higher plan?
No. Agency Pro and Agency Max are plans you buy; the earned recognition reflects what the agency has delivered through pitches that became completed deals. Moving to Max adds tools and capacity but does not change the earned status.
Does it depend on the talent’s own tiers?
The agency’s record is built from the deals it pitched and saw through to approval and release. Talent with strong records helps, because their delivery is what completes those deals, but the recognition belongs to the agency’s own activity.
Where is it shown?
On the agency profile and alongside agency pitches, so that a Pioneer deciding whether to accept a pitch can see both the plan badge and the earned status at a glance.
Can it fall?
Yes. Disputes decided against roster members, cancelled deals and poor reviews on agency-pitched deals count against the record, in the same way as an individual member’s tier can fall.
What is the fastest way to build it?
Pitch funded opportunities your roster can genuinely deliver, keep every roster deal on the platform, and make sure delivery evidence is clear so that Pioneers approve and release promptly.
Does a new agency have it from day one?
No. Like an individual member’s tier, it starts empty and builds from the first agency-pitched deal that completes with clear evidence and a fair review. A new agency should pitch a few well matched opportunities early rather than waiting for a large one, because the first completed deals are what make later pitches credible.
Pioneers can also read the reviews left on agency-pitched deals, which sit on the delivering member’s profile, so the earned status and the reviews together give a rounded picture.
In short, Agency Star is earned from delivered agency-pitched deals, sits separately from the Pro and Max plan badges, is shown with every pitch, and rises or falls with the agency’s actual record.
