How does Agency representation work?
Agency representation lets an Agency act for its talent. This article explains how Agency representation works.
Agency representation on ZOMZEY is consent-first. An Agency cannot simply claim or import someone as represented talent.
Agency representation: what you need to know
- Talent can be open to invitations and discuss representation with an Agency.
- The relationship is created only through the approved mutual/consent path.
- Once active, the relationship can appear on the talent profile and Agency roster.
- Ending the relationship uses the canonical Agency unlink process and does not delete either account.
Common questions about Agency representation
Does Agency representation give the agency control of my account?
No. Representation lets the agency pitch for you and manage the relationship from its workspace. Your login, profile, payouts and reviews stay yours, and you can end the link through the consent process at any time.
Can I have Agency representation and still take my own deals?
That depends on the terms you agreed with the agency, which are your own arrangement. The platform allows both; what matters is that the agreement between you is clear and that every deal, whoever pitched it, stays on the platform.
How does Agency representation affect commission?
Every roster deal runs at 9.99% commission with no service fee, whatever the member’s own tier. The agency’s percentage is a separate matter between you, and ZSplit can pay it automatically when you are paid.

Mark yourself as open to representation in your profile settings, and agencies can find you and introduce themselves with their agency card. Check an agency’s public roster, plan badge and Agency Star before you accept.
What if an agency wants to take deals off the platform?
Decline and report it. Representation on ZOMZEY works in the open, and an agency that takes work elsewhere loses its membership, because off-platform deals lose every protection the platform provides.
