Band, Musician and Singer are three Music subtypes. They use the same underlying account engine but different profile wording and identity treatment.

What you need to know

• Band is for groups or acts that present themselves primarily as a band.
• Musician is for instrumentalists, solo artists and other music professionals whose identity is broader than singer.
• Singer is for vocalists, singer-songwriters, front vocalists, session singers and similar vocal-led identities.
• Changing the visible subtype does not create a new payment or deal system.
