If an account was created, sign into that account and use its completion prompt. Do not start a second registration to work around an unfinished setup.

What you need to know

• A successful account step followed by an incomplete profile step does not necessarily mean you need another username or email.
• Use Sign in on /signup/ with the existing account or its connected social provider. Complete verification when required, then follow the setup-recovery instructions that appear.
• If completion remains blocked, open Fluent Support with the chosen signup option, description, username, page URL and exact message. Remove tokens, passwords and private codes from screenshots and URLs.
• ZChat can explain the next step but cannot inspect or repair private account records. Do not delete your account, profile or payment data to clear the screen.
