What you need to know

• Do not upload music, images, video, logos, text or other material you are not authorised to use.
• A Pioneer should provide brand assets and claims it is entitled to ask a supplier to use.
• A supplier should use original or properly licensed materials and must not promise rights it cannot grant.
• Third-party platform licences, stock-media terms, performer/model releases and location permissions may impose additional restrictions.
• If a rights issue is commercially significant or disputed, obtain professional advice; ZOMZEY is not your copyright lawyer.
