Band, Musician and Singer share the existing Music profile and keep their own public descriptions. The same Music account can promote its own music and earn from suitable collaborations.

What you need to know

• Choose the promotion or earning option that describes your first intention, then select Band, Musician or Singer in Your Sector/Genre. Select the suggestion rather than leaving free text unconfirmed.
• All three retain /music-profile/ as the signed-in home and profile editor; they do not create a new profile layout or a separate deal room.
• Music accounts can buy promotion and can also act as suppliers where their audience, content or live presence is useful. They do not have to change their public identity to do either.
• The actual Band, Musician or Singer subtype should appear on the profile. It does not grant verified status or bypass the existing consent and payment rules.
