ZSplit is the optional Agency feature that automates an agreed Agency commission when represented talent is paid through an eligible ZOMZEY deal.

What you need to know

• The Agency sets the commission percentage for the specific Agency-talent relationship and the talent must be able to see and agree it before it applies.
• When an eligible represented-talent deal pays out, ZSplit separates the agreed Agency share automatically through the approved payment architecture.
• The Pioneer’s payment and the talent’s normal deal amount should not be altered by a hidden Agency fee.
• ZOMZEY processing on the Agency share follows the current Pro/Max rule.
