Yes, an opportunity can describe physical items or access needed for the collaboration, but shipping, custody, reimbursement and any cash payment must be agreed clearly and should not bypass the supported ZOMZEY deal flow.

What you need to know

  • State whether the item is a gift, a loan, stock for an event, a ticket, an advance copy, a sample or something that must be returned.
  • Agree who pays postage, customs, insurance, travel or purchase reimbursement and when those costs are due.
  • Share a delivery address only when it is genuinely needed for the agreed deal; do not put private addresses on a public profile or opportunity.
  • Use tracking for valuable shipments and keep shipment details in the deal conversation.
  • Do not treat an item as a substitute for an agreed cash payment unless the live deal terms explicitly show that arrangement and both parties have accepted it.
