- A click or signup is not necessarily the same as a confirmed payable commission.

Common questions about affiliate referrals
Why do my affiliate referrals not match the number of people I introduced?
Because a referral in the reports is a recorded commission event rather than a person. One member can generate several events over time, and a person who signed up but never did anything ZOMZEY earns from generates none.
How quickly do affiliate referrals appear?
Clicks appear at once. A referral appears when the referred member completes something ZOMZEY earns from, such as a deal or a paid membership, so there can be a delay of days or weeks after the signup.
Can I see who my affiliate referrals are?
Reports show events, commission and status rather than the identities of the members you introduced, for privacy reasons. Track your own introductions separately if you want to compare.
What if affiliate referrals are missing?
Check that the person used your exact link, then contact support with the date and the link. Referrals credited to an edited or shared link cannot be reassigned.
Do affiliate referrals expire?
The programme terms set out how long a referred member is attributed to you and which of their activities earn commission. Check the current terms in the Affiliate Centre, because attribution windows can change.
Can I export my affiliate referrals?
The reports in the Affiliate Centre can be viewed by period, and you can keep your own record of the introductions you made alongside them. If you need a statement for accounting, use the Payments view, which shows approved and paid amounts by date.
Why do affiliate referrals show a different rank from my friend’s?
Ranks reflect recorded commission over time, so an affiliate who has introduced active members ranks higher. The rank affects the share you receive as set out in the programme terms, and it is updated as approved commission accumulates.
