How does ZOMZEY keep collaboration safe?

ZOMZEY reduces collaboration risk by keeping identity, messages, agreed terms, funding, delivery, reviews and issue handling connected to the same platform record.

What you need to know

• Check the other party’s profile and relevant track record before committing.
• Agree the scope, price, timing and evidence inside ZOMZEY.
• Fund through Protected Payments before paid work begins.
• Keep delivery evidence and changes on-platform.
• Report suspicious payment requests, misleading claims, harassment or pressure to leave the platform.

What protects every deal

• Funded before work starts: when a Pioneer accepts an offer, the full amount is paid up front and held under Protected Payments, so the Influencer or Hub can see the deal is funded before they begin.
• A review period: when work is delivered, the Pioneer checks it against what was agreed. Approval releases the payment straight away.
• Disputes handled by people: either side can raise a dispute at any point after funding. The money stays held while it is resolved under the published Dispute Resolution Policy, with a target of resolution well inside 60 days.
• One record: conversations happen in ZOMZEY Messages and the written agreement sits on the deal page, so decisions are made against the record and the evidence.

Why deals must stay on ZOMZEY

Profiles carry no outside links or contact details. If someone asks you to take a deal off the platform, the funding, record and dispute protections no longer apply, which is why the rules forbid it. If you see something wrong, use the Report a concern page and a person on the team will review it.
