AI-assisted or AI-generated material can only be used where it is lawful, consistent with the agreed brief and not misleading about authorship, identity, evidence, rights or performance.

What you need to know

• If the Pioneer requires human-created, original-camera, live-performance or otherwise non-AI work, the supplier must follow that requirement.
• Do not use AI to fabricate testimonials, audience figures, completed work, identity documents, social validation or delivery evidence.
• Check the rights and licence terms of any AI tool and do not input confidential or personal data without authority.
• Where disclosure of AI use is material to the deal or required by law/platform rules, disclose it clearly.
• The user submitting the work remains responsible for accuracy, rights and compliance; blaming an AI tool does not transfer that responsibility.
