Zomzey

ZOMZEY’s dispute process is intended to keep the held funds protected while the parties try to resolve a disagreement. The process should begin with direct discussion, then move through the available settlement and review stages if agreement is not reached.

What you need to know

  • An issue is raised from the deal and the relevant funds remain on hold under the live transaction rules.
  • Both sides explain their position and provide the agreement, messages, files, dates and delivery evidence.
  • The parties are encouraged to agree a correction, cancellation or fair split where appropriate.
  • If they cannot agree, ZOMZEY reviews the evidence and applies the published process.
  • Any optional final or binding stage, fee, threshold, deadline and appeal limit must be stated clearly before a user chooses it.

Important: This article must mirror the actual dispute screens and policy exactly; do not publish an aspirational process as though it is live.
