Use My Profile for public profile information and Account or Settings for private account controls. Your chosen description can appear in the profile heading and account badge.

What you need to know

• Keep the Main image, profile text, location, categories and relevant audience or promotion information accurate, then use Save Profile.
• Use Open Preview and View Live Profile to check the saved presentation. The selected description reuses the existing profile layout rather than creating a new kind of profile.
• Your username, public profile description and account permissions are not interchangeable. Ask support about changing account classification; do not register again just to change the wording.
• Do not put passwords, payout credentials, private codes or sensitive personal information in public profile fields.
• Use the public-profile and affiliate links shown in your account, rather than constructing a link from the identity label. Notification settings can differ by channel and feature.
