What you need to know

• Select "You have followers, footfall, audience or fans.", then choose a suitable description in Your Sector/Genre. Examples include Bookstore and Sports Club / Team.
• Use Add your own when the available descriptions do not fit; answer the individual/organisation question when shown.
• Describe the audience, location, outlet and deliverable accurately. Agree internally who may accept deals and ensure the account user has authority to act for the organisation.
• Contact support for account-structure or team-access questions. Choosing a public label does not create additional staff seats or verify the organisation.
