Use the current offer or Make an Offer controls to amend, withdraw or discuss an offer while its state still allows that action.
What you need to know
- Suppliers use /make-an-offer/?request=ID as the current offer-composer path when routed from an opportunity.
- Keep price, deliverables and changes clear in the ZOMZEY record.
- Once an offer is accepted, treat changes as deal changes rather than silently replacing the original offer.
- If a control is missing or the state looks wrong, stop retrying and ask support with the offer reference.
