Choose the first signup option for promotion, the second for earning from an audience or outlet, or Agencies for representation. Then choose the description that fits you, rather than trying to select an old role label.

What you need to know

• Promotion: "You want others to promote what you have/do." — for getting sales, traction and audience for something you have or do.
• Earning: "You have followers, footfall, audience or fans." — for offering suitable audience, content, venue, outlet or community opportunities.
• Agencies: for representing others through the existing paid Agency Pro or Agency Max workflow.
• Your Sector/Genre selects a primary public description in this release, such as Author, Bookstore, Band or Sports Club / Team. It is not a complete list of every genre or skill.
• An Author can select promotion or earning depending on the intended activity. The shared description does not mean both accounts have identical permissions.
• For music, select the Band, Musician or Singer description that fits. These retain the existing Music account functionality.
• For genuine cross-account requirements, contact support rather than opening unnecessary duplicate accounts.
