A good offer explains why you fit the opportunity, exactly what you will deliver, the price, timing and any conditions the Pioneer needs to understand before accepting.

What you need to know

  • Connect your audience, outlet, music activity or Agency capability directly to the Pioneer brief instead of sending a generic sales message.
  • List the deliverables and practical evidence you will provide.
  • State the amount and currency clearly and include relevant costs rather than adding surprise charges later.
  • Call out timing, availability, rights, exclusivity, product/shipping needs or other dependencies that could affect delivery.
  • Do not promise sales, reach, views or other outcomes you cannot control unless the offer is explicitly structured around a measurable deliverable you can prove.
