What you need to know

• Use Prospect Centre or other on-platform messaging for the commercial conversation.
• Never move payment outside ZOMZEY merely because another user asks for email, WhatsApp, bank transfer or a payment link.
• Where a genuine post-deal operational need requires contact details, share only what is necessary and only where the current Terms allow it.
• Do not publish personal phone numbers, addresses or private email addresses on a public profile or opportunity unless the platform explicitly provides such a field for that purpose.
• If another user pressures you to leave the platform to avoid fees, records or safeguards, report the behaviour.
