What you need to know

• Use the Agency/company identity required by the live checkout for the Agency membership.
• Keep payer, subscription and payout information accurate and do not let roster members replace it with their own details.
• Managers can support Agency operations where permitted, but should not gain billing or ownership powers merely because they can access the workspace.
• Representation of talent does not transfer ownership of the talent’s personal ZOMZEY account.
• If the billing owner changes, use the supported ownership/support process rather than sharing credentials.
