What you need to know

• On the updated promotion-side profile, including promotion-side Author, this field sits beneath Typical Collaboration Requirements. Existing checkbox choices remain available.
• Example: Please send a draft before publishing. Select any relevant preset, add the custom text, then click Save Profile.
• Reload the editor and use View Live Profile to check that both the preset and the text persisted. Clearing the custom field and saving should not remove the selected preset.
• Other profile families retain their own existing custom requirements or Add your own controls where available.
• Profile preferences are not a substitute for agreement on a particular deal. Confirm the actual scope and conditions in the existing on-platform deal process.
