Open /signup/, choose what you want to do, then select the description that best fits you in Your Sector/Genre. Complete registration and the profile you are taken to.

What you need to know

• The first option is "You want others to promote what you have/do." with "Get sales, traction and audience." underneath.
• The second option is "You have followers, footfall, audience or fans." with "e.g. influencers, shops, bands…" underneath.
• On either of those paths, start typing into Your Sector/Genre and click or keyboard-select a suggestion. For example, novelist can find Author and bookshop can find Bookstore. Unselected text is not a completed choice.
• If no suggestion fits, use Add your own. Choose Individual or Organisation / place / community when requested.
• Choose a permanent username, use an email address you control, set your password, accept the terms and complete the security check. Complete any email verification requested by the official signup flow.
• For social signup, first complete the choice, username and terms requested on the page, then use an enabled provider. Existing members should use Sign in instead of registering again.
• Agencies is a separate paid path: select Agency Pro or Agency Max and continue to the existing membership checkout. Use the checkout for current price and terms.
• After signup, complete and save the existing profile editor. Your chosen public identity is not a new or separate payment system.
