Hub is the existing supplier family for shops, venues, publications, clubs, communities and other audience outlets. New members can show a specific description such as Bookstore instead.

What you need to know

• To offer audience access through an outlet, select "You have followers, footfall, audience or fans." and choose the appropriate description in Your Sector/Genre.
• The value can be physical footfall, community access, features, events, placements or other agreed promotion; a large personal social following is not the only useful audience.
• The existing outlet/community profile and protected deal tools remain in use. A Bookstore identity is not a new checkout or a separate payment system.
• Agency representation still requires consent. Profile descriptions do not confer authority to commit another organisation or member.
