Reply through the case or support ticket and explain the specific decision, process or service issue you want reviewed. Separate dissatisfaction with ZOMZEY’s service from the underlying disagreement with the other user so the correct route is used.
What you need to know
- Identify the deal, dispute or ticket reference and the decision date.
- Explain what you believe was missed or applied incorrectly and point to the relevant evidence.
- Use any review or complaint stage described in the policy before escalating elsewhere.
- A complaint about service does not automatically change a contractual or dispute outcome.
- The formal Complaints Policy should explain escalation, response targets and any external route that applies.
