The ZOMZEY help centre answers the questions members ask most, from signing up and completing your Member profile to jobs, projects, deals, Protected Payments, payouts, disputes and the rules that apply to paid promotion. Search below, browse by section, or ask ZChat for a one-minute answer. Most answers take a minute to read.
Articles are grouped by section: getting started and Member profiles; jobs, projects and Discover; creators, businesses, venues, communities and other member roles; agencies and representation; payments, payouts and safety; fees and membership; ZChat, ZAi and ZBeacon; and affiliates and developers. Each article gives the direct answer first, then the detail, related help and a further guidance link.
What if the help centre does not answer my question?
Ask ZChat, the support assistant, which draws on the same articles and points you to the right one. If the matter needs a person, open a support ticket: the article on how to open a support ticket explains what to include so that it is resolved first time. Tickets are answered in order, and the ticket page shows the status of each one you have opened.
Does the help centre cover the UK advertising rules?
Yes. Articles on labelling, evidence and reviews summarise what the ASA and CMA Influencers’ Guide expects of paid posts, and the guide itself is linked wherever it applies. Every paid collaboration arranged through ZOMZEY should be clearly labelled as an ad.
Where are pricing and fees explained?
The pricing page lists every figure, and the help centre explains how commission, the service fee and memberships apply to a deal. The free What You Keep Calculator shows your take-home on any deal value before you accept an offer.
Can I suggest an article?
Yes. Suggestions sent through the support hub are read, and articles are added as members ask for them. If an article is out of date, the ticket form lets you say which one and what changed.
Where do I find this page again?
From the footer of every page, from the Support Hub and from your dashboard. Bookmark this page: articles are updated in place, so a saved link always opens the current version. The help centre is also linked from every ZChat answer, so the article behind an answer is one click away.
What is ZChat?
ZChat is the support assistant on every page. It answers from the published articles, so it is quickest for questions about how something works: how a deal is funded and released, how payouts are timed, what a Star tier is or how to label a paid post. Ask it in plain English, in the same words you would use to a colleague. It works from the help content rather than from your account, so anything that needs a change to your account, a deal or a payment goes to a support ticket.
What should a support ticket include?
Your ZOMZEY username, the deal or page involved, what you expected to happen, what happened instead and when, and screenshots or files where they help. For technical problems, the browser or app you used and the steps that reproduce the issue save a round of questions. The articles on opening a ticket and on technical ticket evidence set this out in full.
Is the guidance here legal advice?
No. The articles explain how ZOMZEY works and summarise UK rules in plain language, with links to the regulators’ own guidance. For a contract, a tax question or a dispute with a specific counterparty, take professional advice. Where an article summarises a rule, the link to the regulator’s own page is the version to rely on, because guidance changes.
